It’s Saturday folks! I am often asked about my decorations and how long it takes to get everything together. So I’ve got a hack for you!

Often, one just needs a little bit of added height to their arrangement. This could be on a shelf, on a table, really anywhere. You don’t want everything to be the exact same height. You need some tall and some short. An easy way to do this is by using an old pitcher Like this one.

A bunch of flowers: already connected and usually the height is already distributed to make it look like an arrangement. The work is already done for you!

If you want a bit more height, you can just add a bunch of flowers. When I say a bunch, I mean several flowers that are all wrapped around with one stem.

Wheat grass is also a very simple, low maintenance way to add height. Here’s an inexpensive one you could purchase without leaving your house.

This wheat grass is also very classy. Wheat grass can be messy unless you buy the plastic kind, and then you fight that plastic look. This one is a great price, and you won’t have to really “arrange” anything!Wheat Grass

This one is great too. Great reviews as well. Wheat

Why? Because it’s SUPER easy. This is like a two minute project.

Of course you could make a full arrangement with several different types of flowers and greenery and make it all huge and beautiful.

But, if you are easily overwhelmed with decorations, or you don’t have a lot of time, or you know your child is probably going to ruin it, then this is for you.

White Pitcher from my wedding 🙂

Grab your decoration that has height. A tin can, a milk can, a old pitcher, And then grab a bunch of flowers.

You can find flowers like this on Amazon, and any color you’d like. These bunches of flowers are usually big enough to fill a large pitcher like this.

Here’s the link to similar peonies. This is a bouquet with all the work done. It will take about a minute to put in your case or pitcher. These are a great quality for the price and very popular. I see them in handmade wreaths too! Fall Peony bunch

(I want you to know something…This is REAL LIFE ME. high chair on one side of this picture, and a baby gate on the other. )

Simply add the flowers to your picture. Try to move or a bend the flowers in whatever way you need so that arrangement looks nice. Because it is already in a bunch together, it will be super easy to make it look full and beautiful. And you are done!

Here the quick arrangement.

Stay crafty!

You can see this goes top right on my kitchen hutch. This adds height to my display and evens it out. A very cost effective way to add height without breaking the bank or taking up too much storage space on the off seasons.
