Now that Halloween has passed, it’s time to cozy up and get ready for the holidays! Here is my guide for the some of the most recommended and best Thanksgiving books for toddlers. Creating spaces for kids that go along with the seasons/holidays with crafts, activities, toys & books is a fantastic way to introduce new skills or words, especially as they are learning new words etc. It is one of my favorite things to shop and prepare for (besides decorating for the season itself!). I have nick-named it “Kiddie corner”.

Kiddie corner is just a simple place in the house where I rotate out toys, books, and create simple activities for my toddler that go along with the current season, interests, etc. Each season I make sure I have a few books in this corner. I thought I would share!

These are some of the top-selling or most recommended books that would be great for Thanksgiving. I started collecting seasonal books when my first born was just a baby. I typically purchase two books at a time that will go with his age and current interests (counting and colors currently) and hopefully it will be a fun collection in a few years

With a two-year-old at present, I mainly stick to board books for peace of mind that they are more durable and are hardy for traveling.

Seasonal books are great for car rides as well because they are “new” and allow toddlers to use new words or phrases to talk about as you travel. We enjoy many of these books, and a few more are in my cart for this Thanksgiving season!

Happy Mothering, Momma!

Kelsie Ann
