eggs on a basket

I can’t believe Easter is right around the corner! If you’re in Utah or Idaho like me, you’ve probably had quite the winter and are jumping at the chance for Spring to come!

I’ve rounded up some cute ideas for Easter baskets for your little ones this week! If you have some great ideas, please add them in the comments below! You’ll see at the end of this post that the “magic” of the holiday isn’t in the basket- its the memories, it how you make the day special. And I just want to remind you, Momma, that you’re doing amazing.

Below is a list of books, coloring pads, and toys for babies and toddlers that would be great ideas for Easter baskets that will be used and loved! These aren’t themed baskets- these are baskets that are just fun, and useful! If I have time, I will share some Easter basket themes here as well. Happy shopping!

Easter Themed Books

Perfect for babies! This Peek-a-flap book is would be a perfect Easter book.

Fun Books for Babies & Toddlers

So many of these books are great for babies and toddlers! I love Easter-themed books too! But I tend to give just an book for Easter and try collecting Easter books for the season to enjoy and prepare my little ones for the upcoming holiday!

3. Everything with wheels and construction themed is a huge hit over here too!

Activity Books & Materials

Art & Crafty things are a great option for Easter Basket fillers! From dot markers, to coloring books, or just activity pads. My toddler is getting into all the arts & crafts & activity books right now! I’ll share a few fun ones with you guys as well!

Baby Toys

This carrot teether is the cutest! Looks easy to hold and TOTALLY perfect for an Easter basket!

Classic! And affordable toy your little one can enjoy way beyond Easter.

Even I am fascinated with this toy. I know my baby would enjoy this, (and my toddler of course). I love sensory toys like this.

Toddler Toy Ideas (Think outside of typical baskets!)

I can see this unicorn being a huge hit!

I recently learned of this flash card toy, and I know my toddler would love it! This is a great option for toddlers to help them learn words (and maybe encourage them to get away from the screens).

A camera for a kid?! Genius! Let them take their own pictures and find the joy of looking back on pictures just like we do. 🙂

I have been wanting to buy these myself for a long time! This set would be so fun from toddler-kiddo!

Okay! There’s all my Easter basket ideas! I know some years will be more elaborate than others, and some years, might just be a book, or just some easter eggs from the day before lined outside their bedrooms.

I think the key to making Easter great is making sure our kiddos know the why we celebrate it. Why its a big deal. And then as we make the day special from the simplest of things, our kids will remember the magic. That’s where its at. Not in the Easter baskets.

XOXO

You got this momma!
