Everyone is always asking me about Christmas toys I use for my Kiddie corner. I have been collecting over the past two years, and each year I buy a couple of more books or toys. I put these Christmas toys in with my decorations, and I pull them out with my decor, or wait.

Right now, we are doing the 12 days of Christmas with my toddler. It has been so fun to see Christmas unfold through his beautiful, big eyes. We use these items to focus on for one of the twelve days. For instance, the nativity scene we play with a lot, but on one of the 12 days of Christmas we will read a toddler-friendly Christmas story and act it out.

Here’s a list of great options for your toddler for Christmas!!

Little People Nativity Set: This is a MUST! Best purchase I’ve ever made when it comes to Christmas items. This is our second Christmas with it. We love it. Can’t recommend enough. Great option as a gift to Grandparents to keep at their house!

This Nativity set will probably be my favorite Christmas-themed set I have.

Christmas Train: If you have a busy toddler like me, a Christmas Train is a FANTASTIC option!! I have one of these in my cart now!

This Christmas train would be great for toddlers!

Felt Christmas Tree: We also use a felt Christmas tree daily. I keep it on my front door, and it distracts him pretty well from the Christmas tree. These are fairly cheap and a great option. We also play with this on the floor and has been a tool for learning new vocabulary.

We have a similar felt tree and we use it everyday.

Next year, I plan to use a fake Christmas tree just his height that’s all for him to play and decorate. But I do think the felt tree would be great for 1 year-old’s and up!

These are just a few ideas to add to your Christmas collection this week.

I hope you have a very Merry Christmas season!

XO,

Kelsie Ann
